River City installed our new York HVAC System 7 years ago. It has performed great since day one. We did opt for the 10-year extended parts/labor warranty. We've only called them to come out each Spring for an annual checkup. This Spring while Ryan the technician was doing the checkup he noticed a part starting to fail. Ryan called his office to get the part ordered and coordinated with me a good day and time to come back to replace it. On that scheduled day and time Ryan came back and replaced the warranty part. From calling the office staff to schedule my checkup to Ryan coming out to look at it, everyone was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about my system.
